This role offers remote working with occasional travel to a local office, giving you the flexibility.As Bid Manager, you will lead the end-to-end bid process, producing high-quality, compelling submissions that demonstrate the organisation’s capability and secure meaningful projects. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across operations, commercial, social value, HR and business development to craft winning proposals, develop strong win themes, and ensure full compliance with sector standards and client requirements.The ideal candidate will have social housing experience or come from a main contractor background.
