Role: Bid ManagerSalary: £60k plus benefitsJob Status: Permanent / Full TimeLocation: WFH with occasional trips to London/ Client siteVacancy Reference: VR/05367Role Description:Our Client is a UK-based provider of facilities management services with over 35 years' experience. They serve a diverse client base including NHS Trusts, universities, private healthcare, local authorities and commercial offices. They require a Bid Manager to join their team and help support the growth and devepment of the business.Duties: Responsible for the smooth management of the entire bid process from end-to end including completion of Selection Questionnaires and to Invitation to Tender stagePrepare a bid report, summarising key aspects of the opportunityOrganise and attend bid kick off meetingsDevelop win themes and USPsConduct local area research, develop competitor intelligence and market analysisReview T&Cs / contract for any showstoppersCoordinate and project manage all parties involved in the bid process to ensure everyone is aware of the level of contribution expected of them and the deadlines.Draft written responses drawing on operational input, previous submissions in the library, specifications, policy research and local researchLiaising with wide variety of internal resources to collate relevant information to ensure a high-quality bidDevelop accurate and consistent bids with the assistance of relevant internal departmentsWrite bespoke content for submissionsEnsure all bid documentation is clear, concise, crucial, compelling and meets all the criteria in bid specificationsEnsure bid and tender documentation is properly formatted, collated and presented in a professional and timely manner
