Your skills and experiences

Essential

  • · Proven track record of leading and winning complex, high-value bids, driving strategy and execution in competitive, fast-paced environments
  • · Dynamic and influential leader, skilled at steering cross-functional teams toward shared goals, ensuring every bid is delivered with clarity, cohesion, and excellence
  • · Commercially astute with deep financial insight, bringing hands-on experience in costing, pricing, and building profitability models that drive smart business decisions
  • · Well-versed in industry-standard bid methodologies, applying structured approaches to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance throughout the bid process
  • · Exceptional communicator and presenter, adept at engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and suppliers, building trust and alignment across all levels

Desirable

  • APMP Practitioner or equivalent certificate
  • Experience contributing or leading international bid efforts

The Bid Platforms and Services Team

  • As our Bid Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading bid activity across our global customer base, spanning a diverse and dynamic portfolio of platforms and programmes. This role offers plenty of variety, challenge, and the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact projects.
