Are you passionate about supporting young learners?Do you bring calm, creativity, and compassion to your work? Prospero Teaching is looking for a dedicated and nurturing Early Years SEN Support Tutor to support a 4-year-old pupil within a school setting in the BH21 area. This is a mornings-based role, approximately 10 hours per week, starting ASAP. You'll be providing 1:1 support, helping this young learner engage positively with their Early Years education and reach their full potential. What You'll Be Doing: Planning and delivering engaging sessions tailored to Early Years needs.Supporting emotional regulation, engagement and confidence.Monitoring, assessing, and recording progress.Providing weekly progress updates.Recording attendance accurately.Bringing a calm, fair and adaptable approach to daily challenges.Creating a nurturing and safe learning environment. About You: Warm, caring, patient and understanding.Strong grasp of the Early Years Framework and child development.Organised, creative and dependable.Confident working with young learners with SEN and/or SEMH needs.At least 1 year of experience working in UK schools (ESSENTIAL).
