• Job Description
• We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join the team at Windsor Castle, Windsor, SL4 1NJ.

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following

• ● Work within Benugo policies and procedures at all times
• ● Support Benugo vision around People, Product, Customers, and Profitability
• ● Demonstrate commitment to customer service excellence and deliver against Benugo service standard
• ● Engage with the team in a collaborative and constructive manner
• ● Communicate with your colleagues and peers in a professional manner at all times
• ● Demonstrate a positive attitude to the customer, your job, and your colleagues at all times
• Site Operations
• • Assist the Manager in the day-to-day running of the shop and act as deputy in their absence
• • Organise the team on each shift and allocate duties as necessary
• • Train, support, and develop the team to deliver consistently excellent results, measuring their performance using the appropriate tools
• • Ensure availability of product and staff to required levels
• • Liaise with FOH and BOH team as necessary to ensure product excellence and availability, correct ordering, and stock control
