Requirements of role:Our HR Advisory team provide a full HR service to our international clients. A key part of our service is the setting up and maintenance of global staff benefits schemes.Reporting directly to the head of department you will play a pivotal role in building and servicing our client base and contributing to the strategic development of the department – key responsibilities include:advise clients on the design, implementation, and ongoing governance of their international employee benefits programmestrack and advise clients on international regulatory requirements (mandatory pension and insurance schemes etc)develop benchmark intelligence on market norms and trending practicesmanage third party relations with insurers, brokers and payroll teams develop communication materials and support clients in employee engagement and change management.ensure benefits systems, processes, records and documentation are correctly configured and maintainedoversee the annual renewal cycle for international benefits plans, including pricing reviews, claims analysis, and provider performance assessments.support clients with escalated employee queries, complex claims, and provider issues.conduct regular client reviews to ensure benefits remain aligned with business objectives and budget.support clients with audits, risk assessments, and compliance reportingbuild strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders at senior levels.identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts.contribute to proposals, pitches, and thought leadership.line manage junior consultants and support team development.deliver internal projects to enhance tools, processes, and service delivery.We are a fast-growing department and therefore the role holder will also have the opportunity
