We are currently looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing/Fitting team at our Mytholmroyd site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cutting, fabricating, vulcanising, and assembling conveyor belt materials, including PU, PVC, PTFE, modular, and rubber belting

  • Manufacturing products in line with production schedules and quality standards

  • Packaging finished belts and preparing orders for shipment
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised work area
  • Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
  • Participating in an on-call rota system, as required

What the job is really like day to day

  • Involves repetitive tasks and working to precise specifications
  • Requires standing for long periods and hands-on manual work
  • Is not an office, design, or constantly varied role

If you enjoy practical work, routine, and producing high-quality products, you will do well here.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in manufacturing or fabrication (plastics, fabrics, or similar preferred)
  • Good attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
  • Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive work and standing for long periods
  • Reliable, organised, and able to follow instructions
  • Sewing machine experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Driving licence preferred but not essential

What We Offer

  • Full-time
  • 40 hours per week
  • Full training provided
  • Pension scheme
  • 23 days holiday plus statutory holidays
  • Annual pay review
  • Supportive team environment

Hours of Work
