• Provide targeted support to students with social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
• Implement positive behaviour management strategies to create a supportive learning environment.
• Build strong, trusting relationships to guide and mentor students.
• Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement individualised support plans.
• Empower students to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months' experience working with young people in a UK school.
• Proven ability to manage behaviour and provide emotional support.
• Excellent communication, rapport-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for youth development.
• Full-time availability (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday).
• A valid Enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply for one.
