This is a full-time, long-term opportunity to make a lasting difference in students' academic and personal lives.The Role- Provide targeted support to students with social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
- Implement positive behaviour management strategies to create a supportive learning environment.
- Build strong, trusting relationships to guide and mentor students.
- Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement individualised support plans.
- Empower students to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential.
- Minimum of 6 months' experience working with young people in a UK school.
- Proven ability to manage behaviour and provide emotional support.
- Excellent communication, rapport-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for youth development.
- Full-time availability (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday).
- A valid Enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply for one.
