Are you a dedicated and compassionate individual passionate about supporting young people? Randstad is seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join a thriving school in Sefton. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity, commencing in September, offering the chance to make a real impact on the lives of students.
Role Responsibilities:In this vital role, you will work closely with students aged 11-16, providing tailored support to address social, emotional, and mental health needs. Your daily tasks will involve building trusting relationships, offering consistent guidance, and empowering students to overcome challenges and return to positive learning.
Essential Requirements:- Minimum 6 months experience working in a UK school setting.
- Full-time availability, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
- Valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Highly competitive daily pay: £90-£95.
- £300 referral bonus.
- Access to socialised training in SEN and SEMH.
