Role Overview Provide targeted behaviour and pastoral support to secondary-aged students, helping them re-engage with education and build positive pathways for the future.Use flexible, responsive strategies to support students' social, emotional, and behavioural needs.Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues to foster resilience and inclusion.Work as part of a compassionate pastoral team committed to high expectations and pupil wellbeing. Person Specification Experience working with young people in behaviour support, pastoral care, or a similar role (desirable).Strong understanding of social, emotional, and behavioural needs.Excellent communicator with the ability to manage challenging situations with patience, empathy, and consistency.A genuine commitment to enabling young people to succeed.
