The Role SANZA are working with a large, well-established primary school in Brent who are seeking a strong and resilient 1:1 Behaviour Mentor to support a Year 5 pupil with SEND. This is not a passive role - the school are looking for someone confident, consistent and calm under pressure, who can provide structured behavioural and emotional support throughout the school day.
