Responsibilities: Supporting a primary learner on a 1:1 basis, tailoring the curriculum to meet their specific needs and interests.Using a shared interest in football as a tool to engage the student and build a strong working rapport.Utilising the school's expansive outdoor facilities, including the Woodland Learning Zone and allotments, to enhance learning.Assisting with the preparation of bespoke learning resources to keep the student motivated and focused.Supervising the student during break and lunch periods, encouraging positive social interaction.
