With our ever growing band of loyal clients, we are looking for talented, experienced beauty therapists to join our strong, friendly and supportive team at our award winning salon in Merstham, near Redhill, Surrey.The role is a varied one: We offer everything from manicures/pedicures, general and intimate waxing, lash / brow treatments to advanced skin therapies, body treatments, massage and more. Qualified to minimum Level 3 or equivalent, you’ll need to have gained experience in a beauty salon environment, ideally for at least two years. You'll need experience in all areas of beauty therapy and experience with intimate waxing, electrolysis and facial electrical technologies would be a big advantage. We would also welcome applicants with experience in lash extensions and/or nail extensions.We believe in properly rewarding our team for their passion and commitment to providing our clients with the highest standards of treatments and care. Pay will be according to experience, always tracking above actual living wage, plus 28 days annual leave (pro rata for part time), paid lunch breaks, and the option to join the company pension scheme. The team receive lots other little extras through the year: gifts on special occasions, a hamper at Christmas, being just a couple of examples, and we are very flexible around family life.The salon is open Monday to Saturday and so some Saturday and late evening working availability is required but nobody is expected to work every Saturday.
