Business Development Manager - Private ClientWe're working with a truly lovely law firm on an exciting opportunity within their Private Client division. Known for its warm, collaborative culture and genuine appreciation for BD professionals, this is a role where you'll be supported, trusted, and empowered to make a real impact.As Business Development Manager, you'll play a central role in shaping and delivering BD and marketing initiatives across the Private Client division. You'll work closely with partners, fee earners, and a supportive BD team to drive strategic plans, build key relationships, and ensure the division's successes are celebrated and shared.Key Responsibilities Include: Leading on intermediary relationship management and strategySupporting the implementation of the division's strategic business planTracking and reporting on key wins, new instructions, and client developmentsDriving targeted relationship initiatives and pipeline developmentLeading pitch processes and advising on RFPs, credentials, and client materialsManaging digital communications, newsletters, and legal updatesCoordinating events, webinars, and client hospitality with the wider teamSupporting legal directory and award submissionsMaintaining and improving CRM data (InterAction) and BD systemsConducting market and client research to support BD initiativesCollaborating on firm-wide BD projects and contributing to broader strategy What's needed: Proven BD experience in a legal or professional services environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsOrganised, proactive, and confident working to deadlinesA collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in Private Client workCRM knowledge (InterAction prefer
