The Governors and Head teacher wish to appoint an enthusiastic and committed person to support our children within our school.andnbsp; We are looking for someone who:andnbsp;



? Have at least a relevant NVQ level 3 Teaching and Learning/Coaching qualification or be willing to complete a Teaching Assistant course.

? Has a caring and nurturing approach towards children to ensure all pupils achieve their very best

? Has an enthusiasm for teaching and learningandnbsp;

? Has high expectations of childrenand#39;s achievement and behaviour and the ability to demonstrate quality classroom practiceandnbsp;

? Is motivated and uses their initiative when necessaryandnbsp;

? Is passionate about creating a stimulating learning environmentandnbsp;

? Has experience of working in a primary school setting

? Works very well as part of a team and is willing to participate fully in all aspects of school life including extra-curricular activities

? Is able to relate well to children and adults, offering personal and social support to the wellbeing of key children and their families, attending relevant meetingsandnbsp;

? Has sound literacy and numeracy skillsandnbsp;

? Is a caring and understanding person, with a good sense of humour, who is committed to supporting high standards and enjoyment of learningandnbsp;



Experience:andnbsp;



? Experience of working in a teaching and learning/coaching capacity

? Experience of working with SEND

? Experience of teaching individuals and small groups

? Experience in planning learning for individuals and small groups

? Experience of working with children with general and specific learning difficulties

? Ability to use skills, expertise and experience to support pupil learning
