Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter area, equipment, and dining space in accordance with food safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light meals when required.
- Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service.
- Uphold health and safety regulations related to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times.
- Engage with customers professionally to enhance their overall experience and foster customer loyalty.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar food service role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Experience in serving customers with a friendly attitude is preferred.
- Basic maths skills are necessary for handling cash transactions accurately.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
