Summary

We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our dynamic team at The Genuine Dining Co. Located in the heart of London, this role is vital in delivering exceptional coffee experiences and maintaining the high standards of service our clients expect.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service and build rapport.
• Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
• Manage inventory of coffee supplies and ingredients efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Commitment to food safety practices and maintaining cleanliness.

Pay: £14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
