Overview
Victoria’s Coffee Shop is a busy, independent café known for its friendly atmosphere, brunches, and great coffee. We’re looking for an experienced barista to join our front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks to a high standard
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
• Take orders, handle payments, and assist with food service
• Keep the coffee area clean, stocked, and well-presented
• Work efficiently during busy periods and support the kitchen when needed

Requirements:

• Previous barista or café experience essential
• Confident with espresso machines and milk texturing
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, organised, and able to stay calm under pressure
