Our FCB Coffee at Waterloo station is hiring!

FCB Coffee is the fastest-growing speciality coffee company in the travel sector. Currently with ten sites, we are fast becoming the go-to destination for speciality coffee. We inspire our teams to consistently produce fantastic coffee through dedicated training and attention to detail.

The store is open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week. You must be able to arrive at Waterloo Station by 5:30 AM to start your shift and be available for both morning and evening shifts. This is a part-time position with a 16-hour contract. Mondays are required, and full flexibility is essential.

Skills and requirements :

• Up to date knowledge and genuine interest/ passion for the coffee business
• Barista skills and ability to free pour a variety of latte art consistently would be an advantage
• Knowledge of hand-brew methods and desire to learn more would be an advantage
• Good spoken and written English
• Great customer service skills
• Ability to work at speed and under pressure

The job involves:

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages
• Handling till transactions accurately
• Preparing and handling food in accordance with hygiene and safety standards
• Following all cafe opening and closing procedures
• Providing excellent customer service at all times

• La Marzocco Linea PB two group
• Mythos One, Anfim and Mahlkonig EK43
