Your Role:
As part of our front-of-house team, you’ll ensure every guest interaction reflects the sophistication and service standards of Gotham Newcastle. From preparing for sleek evening service to managing private events and lounge exclusivity, you'll be central to the ambiance and guest journey in the Fire Station Bar.

Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly welcome guests and provide attentive, personalised service
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, with confidence and flair
• Serve high-end drinks and snacks with precision and polish
• Offer expert knowledge on our drinks menu, including wines and cocktails
• Maintain the elegance and cleanliness of the lounge at all times
• Support smooth coordination with bar and kitchen teams

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in luxury bars, hotels, or private members’ clubs is a plus but not a deal breaker!
• Polished appearance and excellent communication skills
• A natural host with a passion for premium hospitality
