They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Baby Room Leader to guide their team in providing exceptional care and enriching early experiences for children aged 0 to 2.What You'll Be Doing As Baby Room Leader, you'll: Lead a team with warmth, confidence, and professionalism Create a calm, safe, and stimulating environment for babies Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities Support emotional well-being and secure attachments Maintain consistent routines and hygiene standards Track developmental progress and celebrate milestones Communicate openly with families and carers Uphold safeguarding and health & safety protocols What We're Looking For We'd love to hear from you if you: Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare Have hands-on experience working with babies in a nursery setting Are confident leading a small team and mentoring others Bring a gentle, nurturing approach to your work Understand the EYFS framework and child development Communicate clearly and kindly with families and colleagues Have solid literacy, numeracy, and basic IT skills Requirements: To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must: Have the Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced DBS certi
