Job Purpose The Transport Passenger Assistant (TPA) is responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of passengers during transport. This role typically supports children, older adults, and individuals with disabilities or additional needs while they travel to and from schools, care facilities, or community services. Key Responsibilities Passenger Support Assist passengers in safely boarding and exiting vehicles, including those using wheelchairs or mobility aids. Secure wheelchairs, seatbelts, harnesses, and specialist equipment according to safety guidelines. Provide reassurance, supervision, and communication to passengers during journeys. Support vulnerable passengers, including individuals with special educational needs, behavioural challenges, or medical conditions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.70-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
