We run a Leeds-based B2B sales business.
Grown to 60+ people in under 3 years.
Our entire model is built around cold calling done properly –
permission-based, commercial conversations, not scripts read badly and not volume for the sake of it.
We’re now hiring a B2B Team Leader to support me and our B2B Manager, and to lead a growing team of circa 30 (and scaling) B2B SDRs.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk management role.
It’s a lead-from-the-front role for someone who still loves being on the phone.

- Office-based team in Leeds – no remote chaos, no call-centre churn

The Role
This is a hybrid player-coach role.
You will:
- Cold call alongside the team
- Help launch new campaigns and stabilise struggling ones
- Lead by example on permission-based cold calling
- Live listen, coach, and develop SDRs day to day
- Set standards through action, not just process
- Work closely with the B2B Manager and senior leadership
You’re judged on:
- Team performance
- Quality of meetings booked
- Campaign stability and improvement
- How well people perform because of your input
Experience
- You must have done this style of role before
- Proven B2B cold calling background
- Experience coaching, training, or leading SDRs
- Comfortable giving feedback, live coaching, and direction
- Still enjoy being on the phone – non-negotiable
What this role is not:
- Not an ops or process-heavy management role
- Not a “spreadsheet and dashboards only” job
- Not someone whose main value is frameworks, KPIs, and workflows
We’re looking for someone who improves performance by being in the work, not standing over it.
Pay & Package (Straight Up)
- £26k – £30k basic (DOE)
- Bonus % based on overall team performance
- Your earnings are directly tied to how well your team performs
- Clear progression as the B2B function scales

Pay: £25,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
