We're looking for an experienced B2B startup launch strategist to help us define our go-to-market approach across two critical phases: 1. **Pre-launch (now):** Building waitlist demand and market anticipation 2. **Launch (4-6 months):** Orchestrating a high-impact market entry We have initial ideas and channel strategies in motion, but we need an experienced operator who's been through successful B2B launches to pressure-test our thinking and help us prioritise. ### About the Company We're an AI startup solving a genuine problem in B2B sales. Our platform is technically ambitious—conversational AI that actually works—targeting companies with 50-2k with sales teams and conduct typical b2b demos **The team:** - CEO: 3x tech founder, multiple profitable exits, raised over $2M - Strong technical team building production-ready voice AI - Distributed operations across multiple markets - Profitable existing businesses funding this build ### What We Need **A 4-6 hour strategic engagement** to: - Define/discuss our pre-launch waitlist strategy - Define launch sequencing and channel priorities - Identify blind spots we're missing - Get tactical recommendations based on what's worked for similar B2B launches - Understand timing, messaging, and go-to-market orchestration **If this goes well, there may be ongoing work** helping execute the strategy through launch and beyond. ### Ideal Candidate You have: - **Track record** launching B2B SaaS products (not just growth marketing) - Experience with **pre-launch hype building** and waitlist strategies - Knowledge of **launch orchestration** across multiple channels - Understanding of B2B enterprise sales cycles and buyer psychology - Case studies of successful launches you've led or advised - Ability to balance **founder-led content, paid acquisition, and PR** strategies **Bonus points if you:** - Have experience with AI/tech product launches - Understand Product Hunt, Hacker News, and tech launch platforms - Have worked with founder-led brands - Can reference specific B2B launch playbooks that worked ### Project Details - **Duration:** 4-6 hours (likely 1-2 video sessions) - **Format:** Strategic discussion with CEO, collaborative planning - **Timeline:** ASAP - **Future opportunity:** Potential ongoing advisory or execution support through launch ### How to Apply Include: 1. **Relevant experience** — B2B launches you've led or advised 2. **Your approach** — how would you structure our sessions? 3. **Case study** — share a successful B2B launch story 4. **Your rate** for this engagement We're looking for genuine expertise and strategic thinking, not generic growth advice.
