The Opportunity We are seeking a Business Development and B2B Partnerships Manager who will lead the creation and growth of OVZA’s global partnership network. This role goes far beyond sales — it’s about building the foundation of our international B2B department and forging long-term alliances with law firms, accounting practices, financial advisors, and banking institutions worldwide. Your mission will be to ensure that when professionals think of offshore company formation, they think of OVZA first. You will have the freedom to create strategy, lead outreach efforts, and work closely with our internal marketing team to align communication, brand visibility, and partner engagement across all regions. Your Role and Impact In this role, you will be at the heart of OVZA’s global expansion. You will identify and engage potential partners, form strategic alliances, and maintain strong relationships with legal, financial, and corporate service providers across multiple markets. You will collaborate daily with our marketing department — directing their campaigns, overseeing lead development, and ensuring that every outreach effort strengthens our reputation as one of the Caribbean’s most trusted names in offshore formation. As this department grows, so will your leadership. You will have the opportunity to build and manage your own team, represent OVZA at international conferences, and travel to global networking events and partnership summits in Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. Career Path and Growth This is a full-time managerial position that starts with a base salary of USD 800 per month, plus substantial bonuses for every company registration generated through your partnerships. Your role is designed to evolve — as you establish our B2B network, you will transition into a senior leadership position overseeing regional teams and partnerships.
