We’re looking for an experienced B2B Sales & Partnerships Manager to lead international outreach and close partnership opportunities across EMEA and APAC. The ideal candidate will have proven success in business development, relationship management, and sales operations across multiple countries or regions. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business leads, managing the sales pipeline, nurturing relationships, and helping grow our global partner network. You should be confident handling outreach, presentations, and follow-ups with senior decision-makers in industries such as hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury services. Responsibilities: Identify and qualify new B2B partnership opportunities in EMEA & APAC. Manage outreach campaigns, discovery calls, and follow-up sequences. Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with key partners. Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals and presentations. Track and report on KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline progress. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, partnerships, or business development across international markets. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Experience with CRM systems (GHL is a plus, if not training will be provided). Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Excellent organisational and follow-up abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
