Role Overview We are hiring a Contact List Building Specialist with proven expertise in Email List Building, Lead Enrichment, and Data Extraction. You will be responsible for prospect research, contact info research, and data entry to create clean, verified B2B leads lists for our outreach and sales teams. Key Responsibilities Perform prospect research, online research, and contact info research to identify high-quality leads. Build and maintain targeted email contact lists, prospect lists, and B2B sales lead lists based on industry, job title, company size, and location. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other advanced tools (Apollo.io, Hunter.io, ZoomInfo) for data extraction, data mining, and data enrichment. Deliver verified list building results—clean, organized email lists and contact lists—ready for cold email and LinkedIn outreach. Ensure data cleaning and data collection standards: remove duplicates, validate emails, and keep all data entry accurate. Present B2B leads lists and contact lists in Excel or Google Sheets for immediate sales use. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience as a Lead List Builder, Data Entry Expert, or Contact List Builder. Strong background in B2B leads, lead generation, and list building expert work. Skilled in data scraping, data enrichment, and target list building with a focus on verified emails. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for data cleaning and accuracy.
