Build and maintain prospect lists, sales lead lists, and targeted email contact lists of HR leaders across the 2,000 companies provided. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, ZoomInfo, and similar tools for lead enrichment, data scraping, and verified list building. Carry out thorough data cleaning and data entry to remove duplicates and confirm verified emails and accurate contact info. Deliver the final B2B sales list building results in Excel or Google Sheets, ready for email list building campaigns and cold outreach. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven track record as a Contact List Builder, Lead List Builder, or Data Entry Expert with strong list building expert skills. Experience with B2B leads, lead generation, and verified list building for targeted outreach. Familiarity with data enrichment and target list building techniques to create high-quality B2B leads lists. Strong attention to detail, ensuring all sales lead lists and contact lists are accurate and ready for use. Knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive is a plus.
