We are a B2B Regtech company offering an IDV/KYC solution used by businesses to verify identities, stay compliant, and prevent fraud. Our customers are typically financial services, fintech, crypto, marketplaces and other regulated industries. We operate globally and our product is fairly complex and technical, but we want the website content to feel clear, trustworthy, and easy to understand for different audiences and regions. We will be sharing our brand name and full product / positioning documents once we engage with shortlisted agencies. What We’re Looking For We are looking for a Content / Copywriting Agency (not individuals) to help us: - Define and refine messaging for a full website revamp - Turn complex IDV/KYC / compliance / fraud prevention concepts into simple, human, benefit-led copy - Create or refine website copy across key pages (Home, Solutions, Industries, Product, Resources, etc.) - Align all content with clear value propositions, use cases, and buyer journeys - Ensure the content speaks to B2B decision-makers (compliance, risk, product/tech, founders, executives) We already have an in-house team (product marketing, content, design) and a clear understanding of our product and market. - What we need is a specialist content partner to: - Challenge our assumptions and sharpen the narrative - Help us avoid jargon and keep things clear and direct - Make sure the content is consistent, structured and conversion-focused across the site Scope of Work We expect collaboration in areas such as: Messaging & positioning - Refine our high-level messaging: who we are, what we do, why we’re different - Clarify key value propositions for each solution / industry - Website copywriting & editing Page-level copy for: - Home / Overview - Product / Platform pages - Solutions and/or Use Cases - Industries / Verticals - “Why Us”, Company, and Resources pages (if needed) - CTAs, headlines, subheadings, microcopy, and form text Structure & narrative - Recommendations on content hierarchy and flow within pages - Suggestions on how to speak to different buyer personas (compliance, risk, product, founders, etc. We do not expect you to write blog content at this stage; the focus is core website and product/solution messaging. Ideal Agency Profile - Agency only – we are not looking for individual freelancers for this engagement - Proven experience in B2B content and website copywriting (SaaS, platforms, or other complex products) - Comfortable working with technical / regulated topics and making them simple and outcome-focused - Able to collaborate with an in-house team and iterate based on feedback - Strong communication skills. Nice to Have (Preferred but Not Mandatory) - Experience in Regtech, IDV/KYC, AML, Fintech, Cybersecurity, or B2B compliance tools - Experience writing for compliance teams, risk teams, product/tech leaders, and executives - Familiarity with global audiences and writing for multiple regions - Agencies without Regtech experience are still welcome to apply if you can show strong B2B and complex-product case studies.
