Enhanced Media is a small digital marketing business that helps companies grow online through affordable, honest, and effective digital services. We offer Web Design, SEO, Social Media Management, and Graphic Design. Right now, we’re looking for a freelance salesperson to focus specifically on our Web Design service. This role is all about speaking with small business owners, identifying genuine interest, and qualifying leads for a follow-up with our director. You won’t be closing sales. Your job ends once the lead has been qualified and booked in for the next stage. 🔎 What the Role Involves You’ll be calling businesses who either don’t have a website or aren’t happy with the one they’ve got. Your goal is to introduce our service, have a clear and natural conversation, and find out if they’re genuinely interested in moving forward. There’s no pressure selling here. If the lead meets our criteria, you book them for a follow-up. You’ll be using our cloud-based phone system through a mobile app. Each salesperson gets their own login, and calls are made directly through their phone. 👀 What We’re Looking For We want someone who: ✅ Speaks English ✅ Has experience with cold calling or lead qualification ✅ Communicates clearly and confidently ✅ Can track their own activity and stay organised ✅ Knows how to build trust on the phone ✅ Understands the value of a proper conversation over a pushy script 💰 Payment Structure + Bonuses We keep our pay model simple, fair, and based on real activity: 📞 £75 per week base for completing 175 dials by Friday. 💷 £25 for every lead that meets all qualification criteria and is passed on to our director. 💷 £100 if that qualified lead results in a sale (paid once the customer makes payment) - this is in addition to the £25. 🧠 What Counts as a Qualified Lead? A lead is qualified when: ✅ They need a new website or want to replace an existing one ✅ They understand our pricing and are open to that budget ✅ They’ve shown genuine interest in what we offer ✅ They’ve agreed to a follow-up call with our director ✅ They are the decision-maker or directly involved in decision-making ✅ They’re planning to go ahead within the next 1–2 months 🤝 What We Provide ✅ A list of leads ✅ A written script and key talking points ✅ A training guide that explains our Web Design process ✅ Access to our phone system (mobile app) with your own login ✅ Ongoing support from us if you need help or have questions Please note: We don’t use a CRM. You’ll track your calls using a spreadsheet we provide. 📌 What You’ll Be Responsible For ✅ Making 175 dials per week through our mobile phone system ✅ Keeping an organised call log ✅ Submitting call reports every Friday ✅ Booking in qualified leads for a follow-up with our director ✅ Keeping in touch with us throughout the week with any updates 💜 Why Work With Enhanced Media?
