AV Project Manager / Sales & Installation Project ManagerLocation: RoystonSalary: £40,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience)Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:30 | Monday - Friday Role Overview: As an AV Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple installation projects at any one time. You will be responsible for converting enquiries into live projects, producing specifications and managing installations from concept through to delivery. Key Responsibilities: Convert incoming enquiries into detailed project specifications.Conduct site surveys and client meetings to determine system requirements.Design and specify complete AV systems including displays, sound, lighting, and control systems for corporate and education sectors.Create technical and design drawings using AutoCAD and Visio.Prepare quotes, risk assessments (RAMS), and technical documentation.Oversee installation projects from planning through to completion.Schedule and manage engineers and subcontractors.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget.Provide technical support and liaise with clients during and post-installation. Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience in AV project management or AV installation management.Strong technical knowledge of AV systems including QSYS, Crestron, Extron, Biamp, etc.Confident in specifying AV installation requirements.Excellent client-facing and communication skills.Full UK Driving Licence. Desired Experience: Ability to produce drawings using AutoCAD and Visio. Package and Benefits: Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.24 days annual leave plus bank holidays.Discretion
