We're a UK based automation consultancy partnering with an established accounting practice that wants to modernise their operations. They're looking for someone to review their current bookkeeping processes and implement smart automation solutions. What We Need: - Review existing bookkeeping workflows and identify automation opportunities - Automate processes across various accounting systems - Optimise current procedures for maximum efficiency - Recommend and implement suitable automation tools (e.g. N8N, Make, Zapier etc) - Create streamlined workflows that save time and reduce errors What We're Looking For: - Experience with accounting software automation (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, etc.) - Knowledge of workflow automation platforms - Sharp eye for spotting inefficiencies and improvement opportunities - Ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms Project Details: This involves an initial process review phase followed by implementation of recommended automation solutions. The practice has been established for years so there's plenty of scope for improvement. We'll provide full access to current systems and processes once the right person is selected.
