We are looking for an experienced automation specialist to help us set up workflows, rules, and task automations in Monday.com, using Make.com (Integromat) as the integration platform. This role will involve creating automations for multiple scenarios, streamlining tasks, and ensuring processes run smoothly with minimal manual input. We need someone who can work quickly and efficiently — with a turnaround time of 24–48 hours per task/scenario. Responsibilities: Build and optimise automations in Monday.com using Make.com. Translate business requirements into practical workflows. Set up task triggers, rules, and notifications to streamline operations. Test and troubleshoot automations to ensure reliability. Deliver solutions within 24–48 hours of receiving requirements. Requirements: Proven experience with Monday.com and Make.com (Integromat). Strong background in automation and workflow optimisation. Ability to handle multiple automation scenarios and adapt quickly. Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. Available for fast turnarounds and clear communication. Preferred Qualifications: Previous Upwork experience with strong reviews. Knowledge of other automation tools (Zapier, Airtable, etc.) is a plus. Ability to suggest improvements to existing processes.
