Power Platform and Automation Developer Cardiff (Hybrid, 1 to 2 days per week in the office) £45,000 to £55,000 plus benefits A well-established and high-performing PR and marketing organisation is embarking on a major digital transformation programme, and we are looking for a Power Platform and Automation Developer to play a key role in shaping it. This is a brand-new, standalone position where you will have genuine ownership, visibility with senior leadership, and the freedom to set the direction of automation and AI across the business. About the role You will be responsible for designing, building and delivering modern Power Apps and automated workflows that replace legacy, spreadsheet-driven processes. Alongside this, you will introduce and embed AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI into day-to-day operations, and integrate systems across HR, Finance, Media and other teams. You will work directly with the CFO and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, improve processes, and deliver impactful solutions that make a real difference across the organisation.
