A fast growing accountancy practice is looking for an experienced Audit Senior to join their Oxford team. You will also gain exposure to a wide range of industries and play a key role in mentoring junior team members.This role can be full-time or part-time, with a supportive and adaptable approach to work-life balance.What you will be doing:Leading audit assignments across a variety of sectors, managing fieldwork and client relationshipsPreparing audit files and audit planning documentationAllocating work and supervising junior team members, offering support, training, and reviewing their outputPreparing statutory accounts and corporation tax computationsReviewing audit and accounts jobs prepared by more junior staffUsing accounting software to deliver accurate reports for internal and external stakeholdersSupporting with service and product pricing and contributing to new client proposalsMaintaining up-to-date technical knowledge and applying it to real-world scenariosBuilding strong working relationships across the business and with clientsWhat you will need:ACA or ACCA qualified (or finalist)Minimum of three years’ UK audit experience within an accountancy practiceSome experience preparing accounts as well as auditsStrong communication and team leadership skills<l
