As part of a major international alliance, clients benefit from global reach while the firm maintains its hallmark independence, agility, and client-first culture.The OpportunityAn outstanding opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Audit Partner to join the firm’s Leeds office and play a key role in driving the next phase of growth.This is a strategic, market-facing leadership position for an entrepreneurial and commercially focused audit professional with the vision to expand a successful, nationally recognised audit practice.You will lead the development of the audit function, build market presence across key sectors-including manufacturing, wholesale, charities, and financial services-and strengthen relationships with owner-managed and mid-market businesses.Key Responsibilities• Lead, develop, and grow the Audit function nationally, shaping its strategic direction and future expansion.• Build strong client, prospect, and intermediary relationships to drive sustainable business growth.• Oversee delivery of high-quality audit services while maintaining a select client portfolio.• Collaborate with Partners to influence firm-wide strategy, leadership, and culture.• Mentor and inspire high-performing teams, ensuring technical excellence and professional progression.Requirements• ACA/ACCA qualified, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Audit & Assurance, including at least 5 years at Partner or
