Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organised and technically skilled AV Project Manager to join a team for a established client. This individual will play a key role in overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of audiovisual projects, while still maintaining hands-on involvement in installations when necessary. The AV Project Manager will ensure that each project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the high standards of quality that our clients expect. Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight:Manage the end-to-end delivery of AV projects from initial scope and design to installation and final commissioning. This includes developing project plans, defining project goals, and ensuring all milestones are met.Client Liaison:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project life cycle. Communicate project progress, address client concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction with the delivered solution.Team Management:Coordinate and lead a team of AV technicians, engineers, and subcontractors. Provide guidance and direction to ensure the team delivers high-quality work on schedule.Onsite Presence:Regularly visit project sites to oversee the installation process, monitor progress, and address any issues that arise. In some cases, assist with hands-on installation and troubleshooting of AV equipment to ensure quality control.Technical Expertise:Provide technical support and expertise during installations, including troubleshooting and ensuring that AV systems are properly integrated and functioning. Maintain a deep understanding of the latest AV technology and best practices.Risk Management:Identify potential risks to the project timeline, budget, or quality and develop strategies to mitigate them.
