We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Fund Oversight Manager to join our Trustee & Depositary team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Preparation and input into Investment and Borrowing tasks including ALTO system review, preparation of manual investment and borrowing programs, and completion of monthly compliance reviews and prospectus reviews.Interaction with our offshore utilities daily, including oversight and review of related Investment and Borrowing administrative support tasks.Provide assistance with KRI reporting and MI related tasks.Owning an allocation of clients while answering any client related queries, preparation of breach memos and reportingKnowledge of impacting UCITS/AIFMD regulationsUnderstand the Investment and Borrowing outcomes and deliverables, with clear understanding and priority on results-based deliverablesUnderstanding and implementing any audit related deliverables for the Investment and Borrowing team – ensuring readiness and embeddedness of any previous audit related actions.Bring enthusiasm, drive and energy to Fund Oversight team and processes, specifically withi
