Bennett & Game are representing a planning-led multidisciplinary consultancy seeking an Associate Director level Transport Planner to support continued growth within their Transport Planning & Infrastructure team in Bristol. This is a senior-level role offering technical leadership, client ownership and a clear progression route within a collaborative, employee-owned environment. Role Overview You will play a key role delivering a wide range of transport planning projects for public and private sector clients across the UK, taking responsibility for both technical delivery and client relationships. Key responsibilities include: Site appraisals and site promotionTransport Assessments and Transport StatementsTravel Plans and sustainable mobility strategiesJunction and network modellingDevelopment planning and infrastructure planningData analysis, forecasting and reportingStakeholder engagement and client liaisonDay-to-day project management and prioritisationMaintaining high technical standards across projectsBuilding and strengthening long-term client relationshipsSupporting and mentoring junior team members Requirements Proven experience in Transport Planning at Senior / Principal / Associate levelStrong report writing and interpersonal communication skillsConfident user of ARCADY, PICADY, TRICS, TEMPro and AutoCADExperience delivering development-led transport planning projectsComfortable in a client-facing role with relationship management responsibilityWell motivated, proactive and commercially awareWorking towards or already chartered with CIHT, CILT or TPS (desirable) Salary & Benefits Competitive salary £60,000 - £70,000 (negotiable depending on experience)Hybrid w
