We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Tax Reporting and Compliance Representative to join our Tax Reclaims team. This role is located in Manchester, UK. In this role, you'll make an impact in some of the following ways: Provide operational support, preparing and maintaining tax returns and reports for BNY clients. Coordinate accurate filing of tax reclaims in compliance with market regulations and best practices. Reconcile data across various reports and internal inquiries, resolving moderately complex data issues. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders via email and meetings to resolve queries. Ensure quality and timely completion of own work while contributing to team objectives and growth. Proactively monitor work progress, maintaining up-to-date statuses and commentary. Perform quality reviews of tax documentation and reclaim packages. Track data required for tax calculations and perform straightforward data analysis. Support implementation of system and process enhancements, focusing on continuous improvement through digital tools and AI to reduce risk and increase efficiency. Collaborate closely with team members, operational departments, and client service representatives to gather critical information for accurate tax records and filings. Take ownership of work, delivering high-quality results and actively supporting team goals and improvement initiatives. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: High attention to detail Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise work. Willingness to work in paper-based environment, reviewing online scanned documentation/physical filing. Interest in automating and improving processes. AI and Digital Tools experience not required but preferred.
