We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate to join our ETF Baskets team. This is a Dublin, Ireland based role with a requirement to work 06:00 – 14:30, 07:00 – 15:30, 08:00 to 16:30 and 09:00 to 17:30 on rotation as required. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all work within the team. Ensuring adherence to BNY Mellon standard policies, procedures and controls at all times. Managing the basket production workflow to service multiple clients/funds. Reviews data and assists in resolving escalated problems that may arise during the normal daily, weekly or monthly accounting and reporting. Ensuring client concerns/requests are addressed as soon as possible and within an agreed timetable. Supervises/manages the day-to-day operations of a small- to medium-sized team of fund administrators fund accounting support team.
