The Role: Lead projects from concept to completion, managing design, budgets, and site delivery.Develop innovative engineering solutions for marine and civil infrastructure projects.Manage client relationships and ensure project objectives are met.Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with senior team members using design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, LUSAS, Robot).
