- Lead targeted recruiting efforts for high-value roles across technology, private equity real estate, insurance, and adjacent sectors
- Source and engage top-tier candidates through direct outreach, networks, and modern recruiting tools
- Craft compelling outreach and job marketing that captures elite candidate attention
- Leverage AI tools, LinkedIn, and recruiting platforms to identify hidden and high-potential talent
- Strategically manage third-party recruiters when needed, ensuring cost control and clarity
- Partner closely with senior leadership to align on role priorities, scope, and cultural fit
- Maintain a professional, mission-driven candidate experience at every stage
- Track recruiting activity and performance, iterating on tactics to improve results
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record of closing top performers
- Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting technologies, including AI-driven tools
- Ability to uncover and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies
- Exceptional communication and presence over video, phone, and in writing
- Ability to operate independently as a high-output individual contributor in a lean, high-accountability environment
- Experience recruiting across multiple sectors (tech, private equity real estate, insurance, etc.)
- Executive presence and credibility when working with leadership and elite candidates

- Base Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 annually
