This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-profile projects while helping to shape the future of the built environment.Your new roleAs an Associate Engineer, you will lead the design and delivery of complex building services projects, managing multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the mechanical or electrical design process from concept to completionOverseeing the production of detailed calculations, specifications, and technical drawingsManaging project delivery, including resource planning, budgeting, and quality assuranceConducting site inspections and supporting construction-stage activitiesCollaborating with clients, architects, and other engineering disciplinesMentoring junior and intermediate engineers, supporting their developmentContributing to business development, fee proposals, and bid submissionsPromoting sustainable design and innovation across all projects What you'll need to succeed Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related fieldChartered Engineer status (or working towards it)Proven experience delivering building services projects within a consultancy environmentStrong leadership and project management skillsExcellent communication and client-facing abilities<l
