Job Title Account Manager Management Level Lead Professional Job Description Are you passionate and energized by creating an immediate impact to a growing commercial channel? Core Responsibilities Strategic Promotional Planning - Primary ownership of promotional and off-shelf planning and execution (in-store and online) in partnership with Key Account Manager. Activities include promotional calendar maintenance, coordination with customer points of contact on all feature item information (including ad copy, samples and account system inputs), and signaling of inventory needs to support activations. Funding Management - Responsible for updating the internal budget file (trade promo management) to ensure accurate funds management and to optimize budget. POG Planning & Execution - Accountable for sample & tactical program coordination and management across the Grocery Sales team. Drive flawless POG execution through collaboration with Item Set-up, Sales Development, and Key Account Manager. Ongoing communication with KAM and external Category Manager to ensure timeline and distribution accuracies. KAM Responsibilities - Management of tactical menus and other special/unique programs. Ad hoc analysis, e.g., space and POG performance and productivity, tactical item performance, promo performance, etc. Do your part in our team succeeding Support a large retail account as a central member of the team and a vital contributor, ensuring business needs are met and flawless execution is delivered. Responsibilities include planning and delivering daily tasks across a broad range of functions, including reporting and analytics, listings support & management, requests for samples, management of co-promotion assortment, and ad hoc requests. Do you have what it takes? Some Sales experience in consumer packaged goods Strong proficiency in Microsoft Business Suite, Excel excellence required Ability to work independently, collaboratively and cross-functionally Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally Limited domestic travel required Candidates must be able to demonstrate foundational account management skills and an analytical/insights-based approach Bachelor’s degree in a business related field preferred or equivalent working experience Relocation There is no relocation budget for this role. Compensation The salary for this position has a range of $90,095.00 - $135,143.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
