Our Deal Strategy team will work with Investors and executive management teams, supporting them on their transactions cycle and accelerating their growth journeys. As the team develops it will specialise across a number of market sectors. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a new service line in an established and successful business. As an Associate Director in Deal Strategy at Interpath, you will assist our new Managing Director to build the Deal Strategy service line within Healthcare and Life Sciences both within the UK and also across European and international markets Responsibilities: Contribute & support business development across Private Equity investors and C-Suite level at high profile Corporates. Lead multiple projects, pre-deal & post-deal, across areas such as Deal Strategy, CDD, Growth Strategy and Value Creation. Build excellent stakeholder relationships
