A very successful international advisory firm, with a great reputation in private equity advisory, is now looking to add an Associate Director to their London team. The team has a brilliant client base and has worked on a range of high profile private equity buyouts. The role will focus on leading the originating and structuring deals for their clients. On a daily basis, this will involve advising on deal structuring, advising on financing, working with CEOs on financial strategies and deal execution.
