Associate Director, PFF - Secondment (Maternity Cover) The applicant will be responsible for the financial operations of the following: Life Fund UK Direct (FUM £5.5bn) Life Fund UK Subsidiaries (FUM £1.6m) Life Fund UK JVs (FUM £0.2m) PAC International (FUM £4.6bn) Annuities (FUM £0.8bn) Team Management Direct line management of 3 Managers, each of whom is the Financial Controller for one or more of the funds listed above. Indirect line management of 1 Senior Associate.Responsible for recruiting, retaining and developing team to be able to support business objectives.Responsible for team objectives, performance appraisals and career development.Responsible for inputting to business planning and budgeting, including identifying headcount requirements based on growth forecasts.Nurture wellbeing of the team and invest time in building relationships on a personal level and create comfortable, open and honest two-way communications to improve effectiveness and fulfilment.
