Key Responsibilities Client Service & Relationship Management Oversee the administration of a portfolio of complex structures, ensuring delivery of a consistently high-quality client experience.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and professional advisors.Provide expert guidance to team members, fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and client focus.Support and manage complex transactions, ensuring effective, solution-driven outcomes. Leadership & People Development Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with business goals.Conduct performance reviews, set clear objectives, and promote continuous learning and professional development.Inspire and motivate staff through clear communication, accountability, and a positive approach to change. Financial & Strategic Oversight Work with senior management to implement business plans and achieve departmental objectives.Monitor team performance, revenue, and costs against budget and key performance indicators.Ensure robust financial discipline, governance, and risk management across all client portfolios. New Business & Growth Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities with existing and prospective clients.Support marketing initiatives and cross-functional collaboration to drive sustainable revenue growth.Review and onboard new clients in line with company policies and best practices.
