The Role: An opportunity has arisen to work within the Capital Solutions & UK Commercial team within M&G Real Estate. The team is responsible for M&G Real Estate's separate account business including joint ventures, club deals and portfolio solutions in addition to capital markets and asset management across our commercial real estate book. Key responsibilities will involve assisting the team with the creation of new strategies, the structuring of investment vehicles and underwriting and executing of transactions predominantly across the UK but also in European Real Estate markets. Transactions will be at both the Opco and Propco level. Key Responsibilities for this Role: Financial and analytical support: Creation and/or review of detailed financial models relating to real estate investments, portfolios and fund vehicles.Evaluate, structure and negotiate (as appropriate) investments, to include legal documentation and restructurings.Provide written and financial analysis to support investments, refinancings & disposals.Make verbal and written presentations to fund manager
